Issues Surrounding the Huron River Greenway

The Supreme Court of Ohio has ruled against Erie MetroParks and has compelled them to begin negotiating purchase of the appropriate sections of the Greenway with the abutting property owners. It is yet to be determined what portions of the trail will be affected; what will happen to them or when the trail can be re-opened. I will update this site when more information becomes available.
